Key Responsibilities:
Formulate a data strategy synced with our company's vision and mission.
Foster data governance, ensuring data's quality, accuracy, and security.
Identify, collect, and integrate data from various sources into a unified platform.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of our databases for optimal performance.
Lead a team of data analysts, generating meaningful insights from vast data.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Produce insightful reports for our stakeholders.
Bring life to our Data Program, embedding a culture of data stewardship.
Stay updated with the latest data management technologies and trends.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
Hands-on experience in data management and proficiency in data governance.
Proficient in data management tools/technologies - databases, data warehousing, ETL, and visualization tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of data privacy and security laws.
Exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
Ready to work hands-on with users at all levels.
Technical Skills/Experience:
2+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Data & Microsoft 365, Compliance and DLP.
Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI, Azure, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse experience.
2+ years of experience in designing data models and schemas.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%)
