Robert Half is looking for a Compensation Manager for our client in the Muscatine, IA area. Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies, procedures, and training materials.
Manage compensation forecasting and trend analysis
Research industry trends and compare internally
Communicate with leadership team and board on compensation and raises
Assist with development of HR assistant team
Lead the annual pay for performance merit increase process for all team members and employees.

Requirements
3-5 years experience within a focused compensation or/and Human Resources role
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
CCP is a plus but not required - Certified Compensation Professional
Skilled within various computer software- HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, Payroll systems
