Description
Are you passionate about helping families plan for the future? We're seeking a bright and motivated Junior Estate Planning Associate to join an established firm. You'll work alongside experienced attorneys, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to the success of our practice.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Conduct client interviews and gather information to prepare legal documents.
Research legal issues and precedents to support casework.
Manage client files and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Stay up-to-date on changes in California probate and estate law.
Contribute to the ongoing development and operation of the practice.
Requirements
Strong writing, communication, and research skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in legal research databases and word processing software.
California Bar License
