Seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join an established company working closely with the HR manager to assist with the administration of all policies and procedures of the HR function within the organization. Key areas of responsibility/ 5+ years working with a Human Resource setting, along with knowledge of employee prescreening, new hire paperwork, employee relations, workers compensation, basic payroll duties. The HR generalist will work closely with the team to provide support to the accounting and finance team and HR Manager. Experience. Offering a hybrid schedule and flexible work schedule.
