Robert Half Centralized Services Supervisor in NAPERVILLE, Illinois
Description Robert Half is looking for a Centralized Services Supervisor for a client in the western suburbs. The Centralized Services Supervisor will be directly responsible for supervising and managing centralized service operations. The Centralized Services Supervisor will be assisting in overseeing the company’s corporate credit card program, to include providing administrative support. This role will also participate in overseeing the expense reporting process and company travel program for our U.S. and Canadian associates.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Oversee Expense Management System, Corporate Travel & Credit Card Program, supporting associates in the U.S. and Canada. This includes communicating to employee, researching issues and providing solutions based on interpreting policies and procedures.
Interact with manager and/or employee when exceptions are identified.
Oversee expense reporting. Reviewing expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with the company T& E policy guidelines.
Review outstanding expenses to ensure expenses are processed in a timely manner.
Work with associates on how to use Certify, our expense management system.
May perform monthly compliance audits, reporting and trend analysis such as past due expense reports, personal expenses, direct payments to card provider and employees who have duplicate cards or employee who have terminated. Results may require additional research, reaching out to employees and resolving issues.
Oversee our credit card program. Insuring credit cards are ordered for new hires, cards are closed for any termed associates and any updates/changes are made.
Coordinate with HR and employee’s manager regarding settlement of any outstanding or transactions or delinquent balances upon termination of card holder.
Ensure the credit card information in the expense system is kept up to date. Investigate and fix any discrepancies.
Look up and investigate credit card declines and assist associates with credit limit increases and/or merchant code issues.
Participate in new hire on-board training. Providing information on our company credit card and how to process company expenses.
Assistance in Certify, Expense Management System and Concur, Travel Booking System.
Respond to internal business user requests for assistance with issues related to application functions and resolve issues.
Support other business operational tasks as needed
Successful Central Services Supervisor will have:
High School / GED required
A minimum of 1-2 years of security, construction, cabling, or other industry experience with exposure to travel and expenses (T& E) and / or accounts payable.
Working knowledge with Word, Excel, Power Point
Experience with Certify or Concur Expense Management System a plus
1 – 3 years supervisory experience
Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Flexible and adaptable based on changing business needs and technology landscape
Ability to multi-task on varying projects and initiatives
Team Player
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
