Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Validation Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our contract data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract types and the ability to identify and classify documents.
Responsibilities:
Data Validation: Review and validate contract data extracted by AI tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Document Classification: Classify documents into appropriate categories (e.g., supply agreements, service agreements).
Data Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve data quality issues, such as missing information or inconsistencies.
Data Entry: Accurately enter validated data into a designated repository.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of data validation processes and workflows.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with contract types and procurement documents.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in data entry and data validation tools.
