Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in the Electronics industry, located in NAPERVILLE, Illinois, United States. As an HR Assistant, you will be instrumental in performing essential tasks such as data entry, handling inquiries, and assisting with HR-specific duties like background checks and onboarding.

Responsibilities: • Assist in the acquisition process by entering new hires into the ADP system • Conduct day-to-day data entry tasks to ensure accurate records • Collaborate with coordinators in conducting background checks, e-verify, and onboarding tasks • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to business cards and provide assistance to new employees • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and data • Execute administrative duties such as filing and record maintenance • Utilize Excel for various data management and reporting tasks • Manage and respond to various HR-related inquiries • Assist in the preparation and delivery of HR services to support business needs • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.

• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).

• Basic knowledge of labor laws.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with data entry and filing.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy for record keeping and documentation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
