Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Part Time Accountant for a non-profit organization based in Naples, Florida. This role will involve various accounting functions, including account reconciliations, auditing, and budget processes. You will also work with accounting software systems like QuickBooks and ERP Solutions. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Handle account reconciliations and balance sheets.
• Process online donations and manage different accounts.
• Utilize accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks and ERP Solutions, for financial operations.
• Prepare and analyze income statements.
• Serve as a backup for payroll operations.
• Manage inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
• Navigate the complexities of non-profit accounting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledge of Auditing processes
• Experience in Budget Processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
• Experience in conducting Inventory Audits
• Ability to manage and analyze Balance Sheets
