How you will make an impact

  • Field telephone calls

  • Receive and tend to visitors

  • Organize word processors, files, and faxes

  • Back various projects for other employees Requirements - Ability to use the internet for research

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

    • Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Good understanding of Organize Meetings

  • Proficiency in Inbound Telephone Calls

  • Previous experience working with Daily Mail

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Phone Etiquette

  • Earlier work involving copying

  • General familiarity with Phone Inquiries

  • Direct Phone Calls experience preferred

  • Phone Coverage experience

  • Practical knowledge of Computer Data Entry

  • Direct Mail experience highly valued

  • Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience

  • Adeptness in Multiple Phone

  • Data entry experience highly preferred

  • Foundational knowledge in Multi-line Phone Systems

  • Comprehension of Direct Mail Pieces

  • Experience with mail processing

  • Background working with filing
