Robert Half has partnered with a prominent company located in Naples, Florida seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and creating an outstanding customer experience. his is a contract to hire opportunity.

Responsible include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and emails.

• Scheduling orders for deliveries.

• Provide customer service and sales support.

• Provide freight quotes for the sales staff.

• Resolve customer questions related to orders and inventory.

• Analyze transactions and correct and adjust orders/payments.

• Organize and maintain sample room, inventory samples and create replenishment orders.

Requirements

• Proper Phone Etiquette, Good Personal Presentation & Basic computer knowledge.

-Professional and clear communication with vendors a must.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
