Robert Half International Front Desk Coordinator in Naples, Florida

Description

Our client has an immediate need for an Office Administrator for their office in Naples, FL. In this position you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Duties include answering phones, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to sales associates related to real estate transactions and listings, calendars, scheduling, reservations, and data entry. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and good computer skills. Previous experience working in a real estate office or experience with MLS listings is a plus. This is a temporary-to-full-time opportunity.

Requirements

· Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a real estate sales office environment, with quick and efficient response time.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook.

· Creative problem-solving skills.

· High attention to details.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
