OfficeTeam is in need of an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative that is looking to expand their career and skill set. Do you love building solid customer relationships? This Nashville, Tennessee Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and place telephone calls

  • Field and send written business correspondence

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

    Requirements - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

    • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

    • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

    • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

    • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

    • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications

    • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

    • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Call Center Customer Service experience required

    • Solid understanding of customer service

    • Deep understanding of Call Center Customer Service

    • Foundational knowledge in Increase Sales

    • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

    • achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
