This job opportunity will be returning to on-site tentative September 13th and will be following CDC guidelines for mask requirements
Work hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, required to be available one shift a week for 11:00am-8:00pm phone coverage
-Handle Patient Enrollment and repeat order opportunities in a courteous, detail oriented manner
-Identify the reason(s) for the call, utilize the systems to document and route for follow up
Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Research and problem resolution, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate
Manage incoming telephone calls
-Place outbound telephone calls in response to the customer’s inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing lead
Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Exceeds Quality and Quantity Performance Standards
-Answer Community Voice Mail
Requirements - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Strong communication and social skills
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
Experience with sales
Microsoft Teams experience
Answering Inbound Calls experience desired
Expertise in Heavily-Outbound
Deep understanding of Assist Patients
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
