About the Role:
As a Senior Azure Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and managing data solutions on Microsoft's Azure cloud platform. You'll work with teams to ensure data is stored, accessed, and used efficiently for data-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Architecture: Design and implement scalable data solutions on Azure.
Data Ingestion: Develop and manage data pipelines to bring data into Azure.
Data Modeling: Create data models for efficient storage and analysis.
Data Quality: Ensure data is clean, consistent, and accurate.
Collaboration: Work with teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
Proven experience with Azure data services.
Strong SQL skills and knowledge of database management.
Understanding of data warehousing and modeling.
Experience with big data processing tools.
Knowledge of data security and compliance.
Ability to document technical processes clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools.
Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools.
Experience with cloud cost optimization.
Previous experience in a music tech, media tech, or fintech company.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
