Robert Half Financial Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee

Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst for an established client with excellent benefits located in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves a significant amount of financial data analysis, forecasting, and reporting, supporting the Finance team's strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, ensuring its integrity and accuracy

• Develop and utilize financial models to forecast potential earnings and expenses

• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information

• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders

• Assist in the creation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts

• Coordinate with Executives in preparing required Audit, Tax, and documentation

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to Senior Management and Operations teams to improve financial performance

• Develop Key Financial and Business analytics to support and drive business decision making

• Conduct ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Utilize data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx to support data visualization initiatives

Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Financial Analyst.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems is compulsory.

• Mastery of Data Mining Techniques is a requirement.

• Experience in Auditing is essential.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is necessary.

• Knowledge of Capital Management is mandatory.

• Proficiency in NetSuite is a must.

• Strong skills in Data Analytics are required.

• Expertise in using Data Analysis Tools is needed.

• Experience in Statistical Data Analysis is crucial.

• Ability to Deliver Presentations effectively.

• Competence in Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx is required.

• Must have a valid work authorization.

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are paramount.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is necessary.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.

• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong understanding of financial markets and trends is essential.

• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data and present information clearly and accurately.
