We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Front End Developer - JS | Javascript | Google Chrome web extensions in Nashville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be a key player in the development of innovative browser-based solutions, focusing on Chrome extensions and JavaScript. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, architecting, and maintaining Chrome extensions to enhance user productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Chrome extensions from concept to production, focusing on creating seamless integration with various web applications.

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to transform requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly interfaces.

• Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement front-end features and deliver intuitive, responsive user experiences.

• Develop back-end components and server-side logic to support Chrome extension functionalities.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the capabilities of Chrome extensions.

• Optimize performance and ensure compatibility across different browser environments.

• Develop robust testing strategies, including unit tests and end-to-end tests, to ensure the reliability and stability of Chrome extensions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in browser-based development to continuously improve our products.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to entry level developers as needed.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Web Engineer

• Proficiency in JavaScript is required

• Knowledge and experience in using Chrome API is essential

• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira is needed

• Experience in Backend Development is necessary

• Understanding and ability to develop Business Logic

• Experience in Client Side Scripting

• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies is required

• Experience in AB Testing is beneficial

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is preferred

• Knowledge in Ajax is necessary

• Proficiency in API Development is required

• Experience in ASP.NET is beneficial

• Familiarity with GIT is necessary

• Knowledge of MongoDB is required

• Experience in Express.js is beneficial

• Ability to work with various Web Browsers and Internet Browsers

• Experience in Google API is required

• Proficiency in Vue.js is necessary

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
