Description
We are searching for a Marketing - Graphic Designer II based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. You will be responsible for designing collateral to align with brand guidelines and contribute to creating assets for our brand. Your role will revolve around the creative execution of projects including print and digital, social media, email presentations and more.
Responsibilities:
Design collateral in line with brand guidelines.
Contribute to creating assets for our divisions and markets, focusing on the Capital Division.
Work on a diverse array of projects, including print and digital design, social media, email, and presentations.
Provide design support for a variety of internal and external channels.
Collaborate on design projects with teammates and business partners.
Assist vendors, development teams, or business when necessary.
Maintain graphic design standards and ensure work adheres to high levels of excellence.
Stay abreast of design industry trends and demonstrate an understanding of basic design principles.
Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines.
Work independently on problem-solving while also collaborating with a team.

Requirements
Requirements:
A college graduate or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
Link to a digital portfolio is required.
Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Ability to self-manage workload.
