About Us:
We are seeking a talented Network Administrator with a strong background in Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies to join our client's team in Nashville, TN!
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain complex WAN infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay current with emerging WAN technologies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network alignment with business objectives.
Assist in the development and implementation of network security policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, preferred
2+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on WAN technologies.
In-depth knowledge of WAN protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN).
Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
Experience with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CCNP or equivalent certification preferred.
