Robert Half is recruiting a Commercial Title Paralegal for one of their law firm clients to join their Nashville, TN office. This is a permanent/direct hire role.

Responsibilities:

• Entering daily client billable time

• Supervising a Legal Assistant

• Participating in firm-wide title team calls

• Communicating with firm transaction teams and clients

• Drafting legal documents

• Preparing closing statements

• Initiating wires

• Disbursing all closing funds as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with SoftPro (both title and escrow functions)

• Strong organizational skills

• Team player

• Pay close attention to detail

• Commercial title experience

• Strong organizational skills
