Description

We are seeking a Sr. Accountant to assist a client in downtown Nashville. The role involves meticulous data handling, system validation, and reconciliation tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of data

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records

• Extract data from the system for reporting and analysis purposes

• Handle data queries effectively and efficiently

• Perform general ledger tasks and prepare journal entries

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Operate SAP S/4 HANA software for financial management and reporting

• Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity

• Support the go-live processes of various projects.

Requirements • Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger

• Ability to prepare Journal Entries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with SAP

• Knowledge of SAP HANA

• Ability to perform Data Queries

• Proficiency in Data Validation
