Description We are in the process of adding a Sr. Accountant to our team located in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will perform a variety of accounting tasks, including analyzing financial statements, coordinating audits, and providing support to the CFO. You'll also play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the overall efficiency of our accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze discrepancies in financial statements and take necessary action

• Assist CFO in conducting semi-annual audits

• Recommend strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement

• Maintain accurate ledger by reconciling accounts on a monthly basis

• Distribute financial duties among the accounting team

• Prepare necessary documents for External Auditors

• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of customer credit records

• Process customer credit applications with high precision and efficiency

• Take necessary actions based on customer account monitoring. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role.

• Proficiency in accounting close process is mandatory.

• Familiarity with accounting software and business systems.

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
