Robert Half Sr. SQL Developer in Nashville, Tennessee
You will be a major player on our wonderful team, and your role would consist of any combination (depending on the week!) of the following:
Analyze and write SQL stored procedures with complex business logic
Create new code and debug existing code
Architect new projects
Optimize query performance
Take the initiative to fix what needs to be fixed and suggest how we could be doing things better. We are always looking to improve.
Collaborate with our designers, business nerds, stakeholders, and QA to refine our products and services.
Organize your time to get things done, whether you are running on a project solo or with the team.
Proficient and experienced with 5+ years:
Deep understanding and experience with XML and JSON in T-SQL
Ability to handle very complex procs with core business logic
Experience with Azure (copying DBs, changing resources, managing firewall rules, runbooks)
Ability to read a query execution plan, understand how to optimize
