Description
Our client, a reputable organization in HVAC industry is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join their finance team. This position offers an excellent foundation for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their accounting career with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting tasks, including processing accounts payable and receivable.
Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Help maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and tax filings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Internship experience or prior exposure to accounting practices is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
