Description

Our client is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services dedicated to ensuring comfort and efficiency for our residential and commercial clients. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with our technical team to meet customer needs promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

  • Assist customers in scheduling service calls and maintenance appointments.

  • Coordinate dispatch of technicians and ensure timely arrival at customer locations.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Provide information to customers regarding products, services, and pricing.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.

  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to optimize scheduling and service delivery.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

  • Update and maintain customer database with current information.

  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, ideally within the HVAC industry.

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
