Key responsibilities

  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress

  • Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product

  • Sift through websites for information

  • Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete

  • File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources

  • Examine reports and sheets of data Requirements - Less than one year of experience is acceptable

    • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

    • Consistent typing accuracy

  • Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

    • Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

    • Earlier work involving Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph

    • Proficiency in numeric data entry

    • Well-founded grasp of Basic Office Equipment

    • Typing Data Entry experience

    • Experience with Perform Data Entry

    • Proven knowledge of Data Input

    • Quality experience with scanning

    • Practical knowledge of scanner

    • Wide ranging experience with Scanning Documents

    • General familiarity with navigating basic office equipment and protocols

    • Solid understanding of Computer Data Entry

    • Command of data entry
