Responsibilities:
Accurately and swiftly inputting data into relevant databases or software
Checking and verifying data for errors and discrepancies
Maintaining and updating records, making necessary corrections when needed
Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents
Complying with data integrity and security policies
Assisting with other administrative duties when required
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education will be a plus
Proven data entry work experience, preferentially with good typing speed
Knowledge of touch typing system is an added advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office including the ability to operate databases and spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
