Robert Half Payroll Administrator in Neenah, Wisconsin

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in the Manufacturing industry. The role is based in Neenah, Wisconsin, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll process, preparing and reviewing payroll processing reports, acting as first-line support for employee questions, maintaining the confidentiality of payroll information, and preparing tax reports.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the completion of the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare and review detailed payroll processing reports to ensure all information is correct.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll information and activities, adhering to company and legal requirements.

• Review the payroll close process to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Record and track payments for deductions and taxes, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Prepare journal entries and payroll accruals to ensure financial records are accurate.

• Prepare tax reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Experience in Full Cycle Payroll is desired.

• Ability to handle Multi-state Payroll is essential.

• General knowledge of Payroll functions and regulations is required.

• Experience with In-House Payroll systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with handling Payroll for Multi-State operations is desired.

• Should be comfortable managing Payroll for a large number of employees (500+).

• Proficiency in using Payroll software is essential.

• Experience in Payroll Tax Reporting is required.

• Ability to prepare Payroll Tax Returns is essential.

• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and related regulations is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to Process Payroll accurately and efficiently.

• Experience in handling Tax related to Payroll is desirable.
