Robert Half Support Project Manager/Lead in Neptune, New Jersey
Description We are in search of a Support Project Manager/Lead in Neptune, New Jersey. In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic team within the technology industry, providing leadership and coordination for various projects. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be utilizing your expertise in Cloud Technologies, Contract Management, Microsoft Azure, Agile Scrum, Auditing, Best Practices, Change Management, and Coding.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize cloud technologies and content management systems to streamline project workflows and processes.
• Oversee contract management processes, ensuring all contracts are valid, updated, and in compliance with company policies.
• Utilize Microsoft and Microsoft Azure for project management and documentation purposes.
• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution and team collaboration.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure project quality and adherence to best practices.
• Drive change management initiatives to improve project outcomes and achieve business objectives.
• Utilize coding skills to troubleshoot technical issues and improve project deliverables.
• Implement best practices in all aspects of project management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Cloud Technologies
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS)
• Prior experience in Contract Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites including Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Experience in Auditing processes and procedures
• Understanding and implementation of Best Practices
• Proven experience in Change Management
• Basic Coding skills and understanding
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Proven record in delivering successful projects
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
