Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in New Bedford, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves maintaining and updating inventory records, which will require accurate data entry skills and proficiency in using an iPad. The successful candidate will be working in the telecom industry, ensuring the accuracy of inventory counts and effectively managing data related to bus parts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical counts of bus parts as part of inventory management

• Enter accurate count data into the iPad system

• Ensure the precision and reliability of entered data

• Respond to any inquiries regarding inventory counts

• Use your skills in data entry and email correspondence to communicate effectively within the team

• Perform calculations as needed to maintain accurate inventory records

• Participate in annual inventory activities, demonstrating your ability to manage tasks efficiently

• Resolve any discrepancies in inventory counts promptly and accurately

• Use your iPad skills to optimize data entry and inventory management processes

• Maintain professionalism and diligence in handling inventory data and carrying out responsibilities. Requirements • Proven experience in a Data Entry role.

• Proficient in using an iPad for various tasks.

• Strong ability to perform calculations accurately and efficiently.

• Experience with annual inventory management and related tasks.

• Excellent email correspondence skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Proficient in using various data entry software and tools.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures.
