Description Purchasing Clerk needed to help with facilitating POs. Duties include:
Taking requisitions and issuing POs
Print then scan POs
PO creation, manage the PO cycle with suppliers
Research missing POs (shipped to wrong facility, not delivered etc)
Communicating with suppliers
Ensuring proper documentation of certificates of insurance
Document collection and data entry of old system to new. Currently use AS400, switching to JD Edwards
Lot of Excel use - Vlookups/Pivot tables
Looking for a team player that can handle a lot of the manual processes without frustration Requirements
-Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field
-2+ years of purchasing experience
-Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
