Description Our client is a reputable law firm based in the Milwaukee area, specializing in plaintiff-side employment litigation. The firm is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team of experienced legal practitioners. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court and before government agencies. Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and opinions. Engage in settlement negotiations as required. Provide expert legal research and legal advisory services. Stay updated on developments in federal and state laws related to our legal focus areas. Attend team meetings and debriefs to strategize cases and discuss progress with superior attorneys. Requirements Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active member of the Wisconsin State Bar. Minimum of 3 years demonstrated litigation experience. Substantial experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation. Excellent negotiation skills, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in utilizing legal research tools. Ability to maintain and respect absolute confidentiality. Proven ability to balance multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
