Robert Half Sr. Business Analyst in New Brighton, Minnesota

Description

This role is situated in the thriving AI industry and involves working on a variety of tasks such as understanding business needs, researching industry technology trends, and gathering service requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with various departments to develop prioritized AI/GenAI use cases.

• Research and stay updated with industry technology trends to ensure the business is always at the forefront.

• Work closely with technology teams to identify issues that need to be solved or opportunities for improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project cases ensuring benefits align with strategic and tactical objectives.

• Facilitate workshops, document analysis, site visits, use cases, scenario modeling, and task/workflow analysis to capture and document requirements.

• Manage the scope and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and present high-level solution options for the project scope.

• Review and sign off on solution designs, ensuring requirements are verified, validated, and delivered.

• Assist in managing risks, issues, and dependencies within the project.

• Support the team in resolving questions related to requirements or processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology management for consistent project view and report outs.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and collaboration methods for effective team work.

Requirements • Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst role

• Proficiency in business process functions and business analysis

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation

• Experience in conducting research and review tasks

• Familiarity with design methods and collaboration tools

• Knowledge of contract negotiation and management

• Experience with time management and prioritization

• Understanding of benefit functions and merchandising strategies

• Familiarity with collection processes and ad hoc financial performance

• Knowledge of digital platforms and payroll functions

• Experience working with stakeholders, C-Suite executives, and suppliers

• Ability to conduct business unit visits and manage transportation services
