Robert Half Administrative / Patient Services Coordinator I in New Britain, Connecticut

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative / Patient Services Coordinator I in New Britain, Connecticut. This role is centered around healthcare and patient services, requiring skills in PC OS, Epic Software, A Plus, LLCs, and a familiarity with a Healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient services across three different locations, ensuring efficient operations and superior patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions

• Utilize Epic Software for various administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, and reporting

• Coordinate patient services across multiple locations, adapting to varying needs and demands

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, services provided, and any other relevant information

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care

• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining professionalism at all times

• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operations of the healthcare facility

• Utilize PC OS for various tasks, demonstrating proficiency and accuracy

• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for both patients and staff through effective communication and teamwork

• Continually seek opportunities for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to enhance patient services. Requirements • Proficiency in Go programming language

• Strong knowledge of PC Operating Systems

• Experience with Epic Software is a must

• An A Plus certification is desirable

• Familiarity with Limited Liability Companies (LLCs)

• Proven experience in Patient Services

• Prior experience in a HealthCare Environment

• Preference for Local Candidates

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficient in MS Office and patient management software

• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
