HR Business Partner in New Brunswick, New Jersey


Robert Half has teamed up with a highly respected and successful organization in their search for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The HRBP will be involved with Manufacturing/Production sites. 5+ years of HR Management and strategic business development and HR Implementation experience is necessary. The ideal candidate is one who can confidentially make decisions and assume a leadership position. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a plus!   • Creates business partnerships through HR guidance for department directors and team leaders.

  • Leads performance management and compensation decisions.

  • Participates in Employee Training.

  • Policy Interpretation.

  • Seeks to make improvements where necessary.

  • Leads investigations and handles employee relation issues.

  • Aims to enhance employee development and retention.

  • Understands applicable federal and state laws.

  • Participates in HR Projects.

  • Provides information and materials to support audits.


  • 5+ Years of HR Management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management is required.

  • Ability to make decisions and enforce policies.

  • Interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to use technology and software to enhance work productivity.

  • Ability to implement change and coach others.
