Robert Half is staffing an HRIS Manager for a rapidly growing client located in the surrounding area of New Brunswick, NJ. The HRIS Manager will maintain the HR systems to ensure proper documentation and use strategic thinking to develop best practices. This role will require an individual with 5+ years of extensive HRIS knowledge and the ability to work across departments. What you will do:
Work with Sr. Director of Payroll to improve HR system operations
Create efficient procedures
Run data reports to assess trends
Partner with IT Department to maintain HRIS functions
Other duties as necessary
5+ years of work experience as an HRIS Manager or in a role that has similar responsibilities
Experience with payroll systems and ATS systems
Paycom experience is a plus
Experience with implementing new HRIS systems and working with third party vendors
Verbal and written communication
Time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
