Description
Worldwide leader seeks an Accounting Manager with general ledger expertise and proven financial reporting skills. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable/receivable transactions, assisting with the month/year-end close process, overseeing general ledger activities, managing data collection, preparing monthly financial reports, managing tax reconciliations, and analyzing variances. We are looking for an Accounting Manager with a solid financial analysis skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multitask while meeting critical deadlines.

• Account Reconciliation
• Manage month-end/year-end audits
• Review and approve employee expense reports
• Prepare financial statements/reports
• Assist with the budgeting process
• Process Improvement Initiatives
• Coordinate annual audit process
Requirements
The ideal Accounting Manager MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Accounting Manager role include and are not limited to:
• 5+ years’ G/L and Reporting experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Any ERP, preferably SAP
• Excellent time management skills
