Robert Half Customer Service Representative in New Castle, Delaware

Description

Leading provider in the New Castle Delaware area is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who can deliver a high level of support. The Customer Service Representative will manage the order and modification process, providing information in response to inquiries about products and services and assist with customer inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate for this role should have corporate customer service experience, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Primary Duties

  • Fulfill customer inquiries

  • Order Management

  • Build strong customer relationships

  • Prepare invoice quotes and pricing

  • Coordinate with departments on customer service

  • Maintain customer accounts

  • Prepare product service reports

  • Follow-up with all customer correspondence via phone and email

  • Follow all internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

    Requirements

  • 2+ years of corporate customer service experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Tech savvy, can utilize computer technology

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Distribution/Inventory industry experience a preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Salesforce or SAP a PLUS
