Robert Half Dynamics/.Net Developer in New Haven, Connecticut
Description We are seeking a CRM Developer to join our team in the insurance industry located in New Haven, Connecticut. As a CRM Developer, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining CRM deployments across multiple environments. Your responsibilities will revolve around collaboration with other teams, providing production support for applications, and assisting in the modernization of business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and implement custom features and processes in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Provide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications.
• Collaborate with architecture, UX, and other development teams, as well as the business community.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance or other issues when needed.
• Update/Support Microsoft Powerautomate Cloud Flows, Microsoft Azure Function Apps, and Microsoft Azure Logic Apps.
• Assist in writing user guides for newly developed apps.
• Develop, test, and implement D365 PowerAutomate and related Cloud Flows.
• Consult with business to modernize business processes by leveraging PowerAutomate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Create and maintain application solution documentation.
• Support the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test new functionalities. Requirements
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required
• Extensive experience working with CRM systems
• Proficiency in .NET 7 is desirable
• Strong skills in C# - Sharp programming language
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps is necessary
• Knowledge of PowerApps is beneficial
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required
• Strong web development security understanding is required
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively relay technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
