Robert Half Presentation Specialist, SR in New Haven, Connecticut

Description We are in search of a Presentation Specialist based in New Haven, Connecticut. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will create pitch books, presentations and other documents using MS Office Suite. As a Presentation Specialist, you will interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and assist other presentation specialists in upgrading skills and shortcuts. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating pitch books, presentations, and other documents.

• Utilize Adobe Creative - Illustrator and Photoshop - to enhance presentations, knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus.

• Receive work and instructions from clients and handle them according to site procedures.

• Assist other presentation specialists in upgrading their skills and learning new shortcuts.

• Perform reprographic tasks as requested by the team and client with minimal supervision.

• Conduct Quality Assurance on your work and that of others to ensure high standards.

• Maintain excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities.

• Use your skills in Office Functions, Documentation, Supervising, Hiring Processes, Upgrades, Quality Assurance, and Multi-Functional operations to excel in your role. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Proven ability to manage office functions and documentation procedures

• Experience in supervising teams and understanding of hiring processes

• Expertise in creating and delivering presentations

• Ability to manage software upgrades and ensure quality assurance

• Proficiency in creating pitch books

• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Familiarity with A Plus software would be beneficial

• Understanding of the benefits and perks of a role to effectively communicate them to potential candidates
