Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Risk Manager based in New Haven, Connecticut. As a Risk Manager, you will be instrumental in analyzing the organization's risks, developing and coordinating service level agreements, and recommending risk management actions.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze organization's risks to identify potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Develop and coordinate service level agreements to ensure the delivery of quality services
• Recommend risk management actions based on risk analysis to ensure the organization's financial and operational stability
• Use risk management tools such as Archer, Bloomberg Terminal, and CobiT to facilitate risk analysis and management
• Handle auditing tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee capital management to ensure optimal use of resources
• Administer claims to resolve customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain operational legality
• Manage customer relationships using CRM tools to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee credit processes to manage financial risk.
Requirements • Solid understanding and experience with Archer
• Proficiency in using Bloomberg Terminal
• Familiarity with CobiT
• Experience with Concur
• Proficient in CRM applications
• Proven skills in auditing
• Expertise in capital management
• Experience in claim administration
• Knowledge and understanding of compliance regulations in the insurance industry
• Ability to manage and assess credit risks.
