Description If you're looking for work as a Customer Service Representative, this position via OfficeTeam in the Manufacturing field, situated in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center, might be for you! Do you love building solid customer relationships? You might be the articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative we're looking for. This Customer Service Representative position is based in the New Hope, Minnesota region and is a long-term temporary employment opportunity.

What you get to do every single day

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Field and send written business correspondence Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Customer service experience

  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
