CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Our client in the New Kensington area is looking for a Customer Service Representative with sales experience. This role will also be responsible for some light administrative responsibilities. Daily responsibilities will include; answering phones and taking orders, entering sales orders, and answering customer questions. In this role you will work in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel). Knowledge in QuickBooks is a bonus, but not required. The environment is business casual, and presentable.
This role is on a temporary to potential full-time basis, and is an ON-SITE role. Full time hours of Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Order entry experience
Microsoft Word experience
Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience highly desired
Microsoft Excel experience
Proven computer skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Customer service and office administrative skills
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
