Robert Half Financial Planning & Analysis Director in New Orleans, Louisiana

Description We are in search of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team located in New Orleans, Louisiana. This role involves overseeing all company budgets and forecasts, performing financial modeling, and developing operational KPIs, among other responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare company budgets and forecasts in collaboration with senior leaders

• Conduct 3 statement financial modeling, liquidity management, and bank covenant compliance

• Create monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the Board of Directors

• Collaborate with accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting

• Develop and communicate operational KPIs across the business

• Analyze operational and financial KPIs to optimize business performance

• Prepare and oversee business unit operating budgets and profit and loss (P& L) statements

• Identify and implement best practices and improvements for company financial processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational strategies

• Review and implement pricing policies for new and renewal customers

• Participate in the formulation and administration of company policies and the development of long-term goals and objectives

• Assist with the analysis, execution, and integration of M& A/strategic opportunities

• Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by the CFO and CEO. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for at least 7 years

• Proficient in accounting functions and budget processes

• Expertise in budgeting and forecasting

• Strong skills in financial modeling

• Proficient in KPI reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills

• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressures from multiple tasks

• High level of honesty and integrity

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
