Robert Half Bilingual Spanish Transcriber in New Providence, New Jersey
Description We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Transcriber to join our team in New Providence, New Jersey. This role is integral to our operations and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The primary function of this role is to transcribe audio files into digital format, requiring a strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills.
Responsibilities:
• Transcribe audio files into digital documents with accuracy and speed
• Ensure the transcription is done in both English and Spanish as required
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the transcription process
• Possess fast typing skills, ideally between 45 - 60 WPM
• Conduct data entry tasks as and when required
• Handle any customer inquiries related to the transcription process
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages
• Ability to type at a speed of 45 - 60 WPM
• Experience or familiarity with data entry tasks
• Skills in transcribing from audio or video materials
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Open to individuals with no prior work experience
• Strong communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent education level required
