We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst. The role primarily involves the documentation and testing of security policies for a project migration. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting the current state of 300+ Security Policies for migration purposes

• Conducting testing activities to ensure new policies have been migrated properly

• Ensuring the 300+ security policies are configured correctly post-migration

• Utilizing tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration

• Applying Business Systems and CRM knowledge to streamline process functions

• Executing Gap Analysis and AB Testing as part of the project lifecycle

• Operating within an Agile Scrum environment and conducting Backlog Grooming

• Creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents

• Leveraging knowledge of DLP, MS Purview, and Symantec Endpoint Protection for policy migration

• Working both independently and collaboratively with a team on a large-scale project

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or similar

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Solid understanding of business systems

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Proven ability in performing Gap Analysis

• Experience with AB Testing is required

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies

• Proven experience with Backlog Grooming

• Strong understanding of Business Process Functions

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents

• Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

• Proficiency in MS Purview

• Knowledge of Symantec Endpoint Protection is required Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
