Description

We are offering an exciting direct-hire opportunity in New Ulm, MN for a Talent Acquisition & Human Resources (HR) Manager. This role is vital within our company, primarily focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, and communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to align with current and future staffing needs.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including travel arrangements and onboarding for out of area workers.

• Collaborate with HR team to ensure all positions have clear and accurate job descriptions.

• Assist with Affirmative Action requirements in partnership with the HR team.

• Engage with employees across the organization to promote employee advocacy.

• Coordinate DEIB efforts across the organization, partnering with Human Resources, Communications, Operations and Leadership.

• Develop an understanding of people issues and challenges through partnerships with team members, leaders, and stakeholders.

• Assist in the development of individual and organizational assessments, implement and facilitate learning programs to create a high-performance, engaged workforce.

• Support the delivery of career development programs across the company to guide employees in their career development.

• Administer the learning management system and create engaging content to facilitate learning.

• Work with the communication and marketing department on internal communication projects and manage internal communication channels.

A qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Sales. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related is preferred but not required. Candidates MUST be bilingual in Spanish for consideration. Candidates with a completed Bachelor's Degree, bilingual in Spanish, and 0+ years of experience are encouraged to apply!

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Proficiency in Compensation Administration

• Strong knowledge of HR Compliance regulations and procedures

• Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations management

• Skilled in Talent Management strategies and practices

• Experience in Recruitment, particularly with Sourcing and High Volume recruitment

• Proficiency with UKG Pro HR software

• Track record of promoting Employee Engagement within an organization

• Experience in managing and utilizing Employee Feedback

• Knowledge of Employee Wellness Programs and their management

• Proficiency in Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in developing and implementing Learning and Development strategies.
