Our client is seeking a Senior Level Scrum Master to join their team. This person will act as a Technical Program Manager for a global financial client, focusing on driving projects within the software engineering team.
As the Scrum Master you will be contributing to strategy, design, and decisions that will impact the products and services offered to their clients. Acting as a Technical Program Manager you will be planning, executing, and delivering projects from end to end.
This role will require someone to be very proficient technically and collaborate between teams, helping software engineering teams deliver and align to client roadmaps, and project timelines.
Someone with a background in software development, Program Management Experience.
Skills Needed for Success:
Work with Product Management Groups, i.e. UX design teams
Work with Software Development Teams to develop new products
Ensure data, performance, and testing is involved at every level
Meet service level agreements SLA’s and how your systems are performing in relation to them
Strong background in Data Technologies
Strong data and metrics background
