Where We Need You:

The role is influence sales and delivery leadership focused, driving services cloud technologies and engaging Protiviti’s full solution teams to provide value to clients and Microsoft. You will interface with the senior business decision makers from Protiviti, Microsoft and Clients. Success for this role will be measured by how successfully Microsoft impacts Protiviti and our clients throughout their solutions and how satisfied they are with their partner relationship with Protiviti.

What You Will Do:

  • As Protiviti’s Microsoft Alliance Leader, you will thrive as a champion of our business, our culture, and the more than 8,000 individuals around the world who make up this organization.

  • You take a long-term orientation, working with senior client executives to develop, grow and maintain relationships in order to support client satisfaction, multi-solution penetration and account revenue

  • You partner with leaders from the geographies, solutions and industries to build the relationships at his or her assigned accounts and bring relevant thought leadership and subject matter expertise

  • You work to improve the depth and breadth of relationships with the board room, c-suite and other senior client executives at strategic and key accounts

  • You elevate Protiviti’s reputation and brand within designated accounts by proactively presenting new ideas to key buyers and influencers and leading efforts for timely thought leadership

  • You identify and close specific leads for work across solutions; contribute to year-over-year growth of Protiviti’s results for designated accounts

  • You understand the short- and long-term needs and challenges of designated clients and how the full suite of Protiviti services might solve the account’s problems, improve their competitive position and move their business forward

  • You understand all Protiviti services, associated opportunity triggers and competitive differentiators

  • You arrange go-to-market programs with marketing and account partners to define and execute winning account management strategies

  • You collaborate with marketing to identify and execute relationship-building activities, account-specific and event driven campaigns

  • You identify, escalate and facilitate to resolution potential service or satisfaction issues

  • You possess a strong knowledge of sales, distribution channels, and solution delivery, along with a strong knowledge of Enterprise IT solutions and cloud services.

  • You are an effective communicator and can present complex ideas and concepts to a wide range and size of audiences, from VPs of Sales/Marketing to CEO level.

  • You are a subject matter expert in defining, designing, developing, de-risking and troubleshooting complex, first-of-a-kind solutions, which integrate into a heterogeneous mix of Microsoft, open-source and competitive technologies.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • 15+ years experience in technology consulting with leadership roles

  • 5+ years experience in Microsoft cloud computing technologies, M365 or Dynamics, business drivers and emerging trends as well as the impact of these on ISV and SI partners and their customers.

  • Industry experience with public sector or manufacturing.

  • Industry experience with retail or energy.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and partner business development

  • Working knowledge of enterprise software management practices, including selection, deployment and management processes

  • Excellent understanding of the Microsoft platform, with a priority on Microsoft Azure

  • Knowledge of competing cloud platforms would be helpful

  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills

  • BS/BA degree; MBA or a Masters in successfully delivering joint solutions on the Microsoft platform Computer Science preferred
