What You Can Expect:

As Protiviti’s Marketing Specialist, Technology (TMT) and Retail (CP&S) Industries), you will be responsible for the execution of marketing activities related to branding, content, and client development plans for Protiviti’s high-growth Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Consumer Products and Services (CP&S) industry practices.

What You Will Do:

Planning and project management

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, TMT and CP&S Industry Marketing, work with Industry leaders and subject matter experts to manage and execute the TMT and CP&S Marketing plans to build out our brand equity and continue to drive growth in specific segments (including but not limited to Technology within TMT and Retail within CP&S).

  • Plan and manage the full marketing mix and related channels, working closely with product, digital and regional marketing teams, to ensure the success and optimized integration of campaigns.

  • Support annual marketing planning and budget development as well as monitoring expenses and ROI reporting.

Campaign management and execution

  • In close collaboration with Industry and Solution Marketing leaders, leverage annual marketing plans and campaigns to deliver TMT and CP&S relevant messaging and ensure internal alignment around campaign objectives.

  • You will use Salesforce as both a sales tool to provide insight into marketing engagements for sales generation and to manage marketing campaigns.

  • Campaign examples include but are not limited to newsletter and thought leadership development/coordination, email distribution, online advertising, website content refresh, webinars, virtual and (future) in-person forums and conferences.

Conference and event management

  • Coordinate TMT and CP&S client events (virtual and/or in-person) to continue driving buyer engagement while executing with excellence.

  • Create high-quality personal experiences for our clients through memorable experiential marketing campaigns.

  • Work with practice members in developing content and assets to support event delivery and follow-ups.

  • Effectively project-manage the end-to-end event process from initial planning, logistics, communications, execution, and post event reporting to show ROI for flagship conferences and related exclusive client events.

Content management

  • Coordinate monthly newsletters by curating both external and Protiviti generated insights and drive promotions through optimizing marketing channels (including but not limited to marketing automation, digital and social).

  • Leverage global research studies to create specific TMT and CP&S analyses, deep dives, and tailored messaging.

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Marketing experience in Professional Services and familiarity with the Technology and/or Retail Industries is preferred.

  • Strong business acumen and project management skills; exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid interpersonal skills: a relationship builder with proven ability to mobilize stakeholders outside of span of control and effectively influence, motivate, and collaborate with others at all levels of the firm.

  • Excellent creative skills and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to solve complex problems in a structured, measurable way.

  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while comfortable with ambiguity.

  • A desire for a long-term position with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or project management

  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
