Description About the company- online video platform Similar to Vimeo. they offer their platform to schools & Co and they brand it themselves. 150 in the US. 600 employees worldwide
offices in Israel UK and Singapore. All remote. The US team has 50 people in NYC and the rest are throughout the US
why open- someone going on mat leave.
HOURS-9-5 mon-fri
function - Expense/AP focused. T& E processing in concur. some Deb & Credit experience is ideal, fixed asset exp ideal also. Intermediate excel- vlookups and formulas ideal. Clearing 200-300 invoices a month. publicly traded company but no SEC reporting. Accounting software is Sage intacct. Not much account recs, coding, process payments 2x a month wire & ACH no checks
PROCESS- Asking for contract, video interview with Eda and her manager. they will provide the laptop. Timeline- person is going to be out till mid Jan. Not looking to permanent but would want to consider them if person on leave doesn't return. Requirements Accounting Software Systems, Microsoft Excel, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Processing, Data Entry, Sage Intacct
